Return and Exchange Policy
Online Purchases
Items bought online can be returned in original condition, within 30 days of receiving the item(s) with proof of purchase, and we will happily arrange a refund or exchange with you. You will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping it back to us. International shoppers may incur extra fees such as duties and taxes and they will be responsible for covering these costs.
If you believe you have received an item with a defect, please email us your order number, with details about the defect, so that we can advise – returns are always subject to acceptance by us. Subtle colour differences due to dye lots or screen calibration, as well as suppliers’ small changes in item packaging or details are not considered defects. Thank you for understanding.
Custom products are always non-returnable. If a customized item is returned, we will not be able to accept the return and will donate your merchandise to a charity of our choice.
It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund can take up to 2-7 business days to reflect on your account statement. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.
Holiday Return Policy
Purchases made as early as November 1st of the year can be returned or exchanged until January 6th the following year. NOTE: All returns must be accompanied by a receipt. Sales merchandise and customized merchandise are nonrefundable and are final sale. Seasonal merchandise is non-returnable after the holiday date.
